There was an interesting article on yahoo this morning describing the 18 Common Work E-Mail mistakes (http://tiny.cc/oqoz6). Forwarding useless e-mails was one that caught my eye but I think they missed an important one, Replying to All on every email is a pet peeve of many people.

It has been my experience that most companies really don't have any clue to what is going through there email environment. Are users sending non business related attachment types or sending more mail to google than they are within the company?

One thing I have not seen a company do is establish some email etiquette and educate users.
